I forgot that Brek was super alpine one-half style though doing this and I didn't want to resize everything and then just pretend he's alpine as shit

Fun facts about the OCs I used:

-Mack was super into tea dorsum on earth so he has a bunch of his ain blends

- he likes making apparel, it'due south similar his thing and it calms him downwardly

- back on earth he lived by himself on some of his grandparents lands. When they died he decided to movement in that location and that'due south that

- since they didn't know how to weld, for Mack's and brekkets rings he carved them out of wood and tried to make a bunch of jewelry to make up for the ring

-Brekket was surprised how much Mack was making but he was still happy

- skipper was pretty young when they got introduced to the rest of the milky way, and I was figuring that the first time they met their was a fight?

-not a whole war but the militaries trying to fight off the aliens before they knew what was going on

-so anyways skippers dad was a fighter pilot and they're wearing his jacket!

-skipper is d e n due south e the first time ha'kir tried to throw them he but went down with them

- skipper has a keep sake photo anthology of their family unit, even if they weren't that close they still treasure it and it'south a proficient thing to look back on

his species, nara'sigu, are very very durable, being built-in on an asteroid orbiting a black hole. they live for 10,000 years, only to dice in childbirth. nara'sigu are sterile until the end of their lifespan where they can mate with any species.

the tendrils are extensions of their spinal chords. their spinal fluid doubles as a neurotoxin that paralyzes victims when injected through the stinger

This is my new favorite AU Alien! OIkawa x Government Researcher! Iwaizumi. Though of this AU while looking at some IwaOi fanart, watching a space documentary, and thinking about Aliens. And so here is a glimpse of my Alien Oikawa for the fic I'm writing (information technology will exist posted on Ao3 to the account Phantom_friend67).

Heres the description of Alien Oikawa from (what is written then far of) the fic:

It had a tall thin human like course, merely its skin was a light teal /mint color with glowing iridescent white patterns beyond the flesh. Its hair was an ash dark-brown that had random $.25 of purple in it, at first slippery it would expect every bit though information technology was simply chocolate-brown hair with a purple undertone in certain lighting, as though it was dyed that why, but with closer test the purple strands glistened and glittered, and could seemingly extend on will to do what appeared to be healing the beast. From within the mess of hair, protrudes two sets of horns. The first long and thin, extending vii inches from its head, the 2nd inner prepare, similarly sparse, but only going back about 2 inches. The creature'southward optics were, interesting, to say the least. Information technology had three sets of eyelids, like to some earthly lizards. It had a top and lesser ready, like a human, and and so a third eyelid that slid across its eyes horizontally, coating them in a cloudy iridescent white color. Other than that, its optics looked like human eyes with a dark-brown hue to the iris, but with slits for pupils. It had a long tail that dragged a human foot behind. Its ears were alpine and sparse, webbed, like i might imagine a mermaid's to be. Though, i of the almost interesting features was probably the thin, retractable, sheets of iridescent white pare that would extend from its shoulders to brand dragonfly similar wings.

Here's 2 roughly drafted Clades of my Yellow(ed) World evolution.

I wanted to communicate (to u lot and myself) how these ii dissimilar clades evolved side-by-side / because of the actions and evolutionary adaptations the other clade implemented-/-invented.

I'm also interested in playing around with bio-electromagnetism and see if it'southward possible (and if it isn't find out how it would speculatively work) for organisms / animals to repel and attract other organisms (with a high magnetism) or objects. I'm imagining they'd (the beings doing the repelling/attracting) exist using organs that specifically evolved to change their positive or negative magnetic output.

Edit: These organs would change the being'southward own magnetic field to influence the magnetic strength between them and the thing they're focused on. (I retrieve).

Sort-of like magnets --> a positive ended magnet close to a negative ended magnet volition be attracted together. I recall they'd have organs which could change their positive or negative 'finish' (part of body closest to the thing they desire to concenter/repel) to the other mode/output. The above pics are basically me figuring out what that evolutionary journey would await like.

In this case, one of the main reasons why the clade on the left has ended up with bio-electromagnetic, magnet organs is to be able to grab, impale and consume the clade on the right. This has caused the clade on the right to evolve tough metal-rich casings and an organ/material that deflects magnetic fields. I can't remember the actual proper noun of it, but I'one thousand pretty certain it'south used in some submarines(?).
